1Fetch is an on-demand, instant courier/delivery service, what we like to call a “courier in your pocket”, that is fulfilled using motorbikes and available at the touch of a button. An order may be placed through either our website or our App.

 We are currently operating in JHB and Cape Town during normal business hours and we deliver a wide range of items including documents, products, packages and tech items.

 A few details of the offering: 

• We collect and deliver directly, ie we are a point-to-point service.
• Our bike delivery box dimensions are 660mm x 515mm x 400mm, up to a max of 15kg’s.
• Very simple order capture process with electronic PODs sent immediately on completion of the order – This email includes pictures of the items collected and delivered

 We essentially provide our clients with access to their own personal driver. It is important to note that we are not playing in the traditional courier space but rather focusing on express or on-demand deliveries executed on the same day. The full delivery cycle normally takes about 3 hrs from the time the order is placed.
